Our work will be undertaken from
London, working closely with AJM, to ensure best practice methodologies and
assumptions have been adopted when forecasting this key performance indicator
for the upgraded railway.
The objective of the review is to
increase stakeholder confidence in the dwell time required at key stations,
which is one of the significant risks for the AUD$10.9 billion project, to be
implemented by 2026.
“We’re delighted to have been
commissioned by AJM for this important piece of work. We’re the leading
independent people movement consultant in the world and we look forward to
contributing to the transformational Metro Tunnel rail project in Melbourne”
